These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and winrm7 ("winrm7", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the winrm7 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at https://winrm7.cam/ and its associated mobile applications and services.

winrm7 is an online gaming platform operated for the entertainment of adult users aged 21 and above. The Platform offers sports betting, live casino, slot games, e-sports wagering, and related gaming services to eligible players.

• You must not already hold another active Account on winrm7. Each individual is permitted one (1) Account only. Multiple accounts may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from winrm7 or any affiliated platform.

winrm7 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons. The Platform may require additional verification documentation before activating an Account or processing any withdrawal request. This is consistent with our KYC obligations.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. winrm7 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login information.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or agents.
• All transactions and wagers placed from your Account, whether authorised by you or not, are your sole responsibility unless you have notified winrm7 in writing of suspected unauthorised access promptly upon becoming aware of it.
• You must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• winrm7 reserves the right to suspend an Account temporarily pending investigation of any reported unauthorised access or suspicious activity.

winrm7 employs 256-bit SSL encryption and multi-layer fraud detection technology to protect Account data and transactional integrity. However, no digital system is entirely free of risk, and you acknowledge that you use the Platform at your own risk with respect to any technological vulnerabilities beyond winrm7's reasonable control.

winrm7 accepts deposits via the following payment methods for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT (Tether). The availability of specific methods may vary from time to time without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• winrm7 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges, for which winrm7 bears no responsibility.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly or within a few minutes. Processing delays attributable to payment service providers are outside winrm7's control.
• winrm7 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and refund it to the originating source if KYC verification has not been completed or if any compliance concern arises.

Subject to KYC verification, active Account status, and compliance with these Terms, Players may withdraw their real-money balance at any time. Withdrawal requests are processed as follows:

• e-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• DuitNow / FPX: Typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes.
• Bank Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): Typically within 1 to 24 hours on business days.
• Cryptocurrency (BTC / USDT): Typically within 30 minutes to 2 hours, subject to blockchain confirmation times.

Processing times are indicative and may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's name. Cross-method withdrawals may be permitted at winrm7's sole discretion after additional verification.

winrm7 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, wagering requirement fulfilment, or investigation of any suspected irregular activity.

winrm7 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, birthday bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

• All bonus funds are subject to Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the default wagering requirement on bonus funds is 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports betting generally contributes 100% towards wagering requirements; certain slot categories may contribute between 50% and 100%; live casino games may contribute between 10% and 50%. • Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, or device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• winrm7 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and being actively wagered in good faith.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or misuse of referral systems — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonuses.

All bets placed on winrm7 — whether on sports markets (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, UFC, tennis, and e-sports) or casino games — are subject to the general betting rules maintained by winrm7 and any game-specific or event-specific rules published on the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winrm7 Platform:

• Placing bets with the assistance of automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools not authorised by winrm7.
• Engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage betting schemes, or exploiting pricing errors in a systematic manner.
• Using another person's Account or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Any form of fraud, collusion, or coordinated wagering activity designed to manipulate outcomes or extract value unfairly from the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Registering more than one Account (see Section 3).

winrm7 reserves the right to void any bet where it has reasonable grounds to believe that prohibited conduct has occurred. In cases of confirmed fraud or manipulation, winrm7 may withhold associated winnings, suspend the Account, and refer the matter to relevant authorities.

winrm7 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and ensuring that the Platform remains an entertainment destination, not a source of financial harm. All Players are strongly encouraged to set personal limits and engage with our responsible gambling tools.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time via Account Settings.
• Loss Limits: Players may configure maximum loss thresholds to prevent expenditure beyond a self-defined budget.
• Session Limits: Players may restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from winrm7 may submit a written request to [email protected]. Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours and is not reversible during the elected exclusion period.

• Frame or embed any part of the Platform on any third-party website or application without prior written consent.
• Use the winrm7 name, logo, or branding in any context that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of winrm7's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winrm7 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable to you for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, or force majeure events that render the Platform temporarily inaccessible.
• Errors in odds, game results, or settlement that arise from third-party data feed failures, provided winrm7 acts reasonably to correct such errors upon discovery.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude winrm7's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent permissible under law.

winrm7 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• winrm7 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behaviour.
• The Player has provided false or unverifiable personal information.
• Regulatory, compliance, or AML obligations require winrm7 to restrict the Account.
• The Player's Account has been inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of 180 days.

Upon termination for cause, winrm7 may withhold any funds associated with irregular or prohibited activity pending investigation. Funds determined to have been obtained through prohibited conduct may be forfeited.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account in good standing may do so by contacting [email protected]. Any eligible real-money balance will be refunded to the verified withdrawal method on file, subject to final KYC review.

The collection, use, and protection of your personal data by winrm7 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described therein.

winrm7 collects personal information necessary to operate the Platform, process transactions, comply with KYC and AML requirements, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Any disputes relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through winrm7's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to arbitration or adjudication before the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction. Players agree that the courts of the jurisdiction in which winrm7 is licensed shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings arising from or related to these Terms.

These Terms shall not be construed as winrm7 making any representation that the Platform or its services are lawful, available, or appropriate in any particular jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform complies with local laws.
